Dr. Thompson moved to Phoenix and joined Central Phoenix Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006. She is also Medical Director of the Arizona Family Health Partnership. Her special areas of professional interest include young women’s health, maternity care and helping women of all ages make empowering life choices.
Dr. Thompson received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Vassar College and a Masters in Public Health from the University of California at Berkeley. She went on to medical training at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and completed her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Harvard affiliated integrated Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospital residency program.
In her rare spare time, Dr. Thompson is always up for karaoke, a new book, conversations about theoretical physics and finding fabulous new restaurants around town.
