COVID-19 remains a significant health problem. We remain committed to providing the best care while keeping you healthy.
Please see below for changes in our office process.

COVID-19 UPDATE

New Check-In Process

An effective face covering is required for care in our office

In-office screening will include a questionnaire about your history and symptoms and may  include a check of temperature.  Your care during your appointment may be modified based on your assessment. Make sure you’ve filled out any necessary forms prior to arrival. In rare cases, you may be asked to wait in your car to keep the number of people in the waiting room at a safe level.  Thank you for your cooperation in these processes to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Decrease Your Risk of Infection

  • Measures that track and isolate infected people (and their contacts) reduce the risk that someone uninfected will come into contact with them)
  • Cough or sneeze into a tissue and discarding it immediately
  • Hand washing for at least 20 seconds and often
  • Avoid touching face (especially eyes and mouth)
  • Clean surfaces regularly
  • Stay at least 6 feet apart in well ventilated areas for short periods of time
  • Avoiding things that increase risk

We will continue to provide up to date information in our BLOG including what to do if you have been exposed or you think you may have COVID-19.

Appointment Scheduling and screening

We are offering both phone and live appointments Monday through Friday.

Prior to scheduling your appointment, we will ask you questions about COVID-19 exposure and symptoms. This will help us to identify how we can best serve you and help us to keep your risk for infection low.

Pre-appointment confirmation

Before your appointment, you will need to complete and submit any necessary forms electronically via our patient portal.  You will receive an email/text prior to your appointment with a link to our patient portal where you can find detailed instructions on the forms you will need. We appreciate your attention to this process as it helps us make your visit efficient and keep the office environment safe for you.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are welcome at your live visits. To optimize time and attention during your visit, we continue to recommend you limit the number of visitors you bring with you and. As always, you can use phone or video  chat to include loved ones in your clinical session.

Masks

Your mouth and nose must be covered at all times while in the office. If you do not have an effective face covering, one will be provided for you. We will help you with rescheduling your appointment if health conditions prevent you from wearing a face covering at this time. For your protection, our staff will also be wearing a face covering during interactions with you.
