Responsibilities
Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs including prenatal care
Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
Treating patients in-office as well as via tele-health visits
Continuous learning periodic clinical meetings and other modalities
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via huddles and with virtual and in person team meetings
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Participating in after hours patient call coverage
Supervising one or more colleagues (NP, PA and/or students)
Requirements
A healing approach to patient care
The ability to communicate with compassion and provide care in an equitable way
The ability to effectively use technology to deliver outstanding care
Evidence-based approach and systems thinking in providing medical care and education
Willingness to work as a team to create systems for optimal healthcare delivery
A practice of self reflection and feedback in the spirit of continual learning.
Openness to change and adapting personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of patients and colleagues
Ability to navigate change and uncertainty with both patients and colleagues
Ability to work autonomously
–Completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
–Board Certified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine with plans to obtain board certification within 2 years of your start date.
–Unrestricted AZ state and DEA licenses, obtained before your start date.
–Full COVID-19 vaccination including booster(s) is an essential job function of this role. Disclosure of vaccination status prior to employment is a requirement for this position.
–Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
