You have made a great choice! Supportive Pregnancy Care is an innovative alternative to individual prenatal care. You will receive usual prenatal care and education along with others who are due at the same time. Two-hour-long sessions allow you to discuss questions, concerns, and solutions together and with the group facilitator.  You will learn, build skills for self-care during pregnancy and birth and spend more time with care providers. Participants in group prenatal care achieve better outcomes than those in usual care.
