Clichés like these are about love are everywhere in our culture.  This mythical, magical love of often seems out of reach whether you’re in a single or in a relationship.  This workshop will get to a real conversation about love. We will tackle some of the clichés and myths about love that can leave us feeling lost betrayed and unfulfilled including:

  • Conflating love and connection
  • The folly of separating love from justice
  • Equating marriage/relationship with love.

Together, we will explore a definition of love that is consistent with healthy relationship, supported by science and can help you have abundant and lasting love.
